Majority of Head and Neck conditions arise from the thyroid gland, postnasal space, oral cavity, voice box(larynx), salivary glands, nerves, skin and soft tissues in the neck.

Head & Neck conditions include fatty growths (lipoma), skin lesions such as cysts, thyroglossal duct cyst, vascular tumours (e.g. carotid body tumour) and nerve tumours (Schwannomas) It is always recommended that patient to consult an ENT Specialist to have an assessment, if head and neck lump persists for more than 3 to 4 weeks.
